Founded in 1992 by longtime friends Philip Giunta and Peter Levantino, Giunta’s Meat Farms is now proudly owned and operated by the Giunta family, continuing its commitment to exceptional quality, outstanding value, and friendly neighborhood service.
The Giunta family’s roots in the supermarket business date back to the 1950s, when Joseph Giunta opened his first store in Queens, New York. Today, the third generation proudly carries on that tradition with 10 convenient locations across Long Island. Voted Best Supermarket in Best of Long Island in 2024 and 2026, Giunta’s Meat Farms is honored to be one of Long Island’s favorite neighborhood markets.
